Olive oil is the best friend of our skin. It has a similar composition with natural sebum produced by the human body and it replaces the natural loss of skin, hydrating it.
How to prepare:
Dip some cotton in olive oil and apply on the affected areas (elbows, heels, extremities). Let it stay for half an hour. You can also mix some olive oil with the same quantity of sugar and apply it on your body. Let this stay also for one hour and remove with water.
Another ingredient that can be used is yogurt.
Lactic acid is very efficient if you want to remove dead cells and make your skin look shiny.
How to prepare:
Take a yogurt and add 5 tablespoons of oat meal. The paste can be applied on the affected areas and let it action for 15 minutes. Remove with water.It is recommended the following procedure: Monday-Wednesday-Friday / Olive oil, Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday – Yogurt. Do not apply anything on Sunday. This is a long term treatment, but its results can be seen after a week.
