Skin depigmentation is an issue that generally appears after excessive sun exposure.
UV rays basically damage the melanin production, which leads to the formation of freckles, sun spots or even age spots, which in most cases appear on your face or hands.
On the other hand, there is melisma, a skin pigmentation that usually affects pregnant women, but it can also affect men.
It is manifested through brown spots at the cheek and nose levels. But no worries; after the pregnancy it generally disappears.
