It is compulsory to drink 2-3l water a day.

Before keeping this diet you should respect some important rules such as:

It is forbidden to drink alcohol and to eat sweets and fat aliments.

It is important to have three meals a day and 2 snacks

The last meal will be take place three hours before bed time.

During this period eat different aliments such as:

Milk products: milk, yogurt, goat cheese
