The area around our eyes is very sensible and it requires special care especially because the action of external factors is visible on our face skin. This delicate skin presents also the first signs of getting older. There are however different methods to take care of this part of our face, especially with the passing of time.

Firstly we should hydrate our entire organism. It is necessary to drink as much water as possible, to eat food rich in vitamins, minerals and oligo elements (vitamin E, A, omega 3, zinc, vitamin C) such as fruit and vegetable.
It is also recommended to avoid elements that contribute to dehydration. Coffee, alcohol and tobacco contribute to premature aging of the skin around the eyes. One should avoid also external factors such as: strong wind or sunlight, some cream types that are not recommended for sensible skin. One should also avoid the excessive usage of makeup removal creams.
It is indicated to use natural products that do not contain preservatives. These can be prepared at home by using the most common ingredients.

The most efficient mask contains cucumber, honey and yogurt.
How to prepare:
Take a medium size cucumber, 2 table spoons of yogurt and honey. Homogenize until you obtain a consistent composition. Apply the mask on the area around your eyes and let it stay for 15 minutes. Remove with water.
